safety is great, treat you respectfully and provides all the necessary services for the tenants. Easy approachable, welcoming and friendly at all levels of management. I had great time during my visit.

I would like to know why management gave my mother a thirty day "no cause" eviction notice? She paid her rent on time every month and never bothered anyone. So after she paid on March 1st, management (J.B.) has someone sneak around very early on March 2nd and tape the notice to the gate. I asked if this was because of the incident between my husband and the over zealous tenant security guard in the Autumn of 2020 and J.B. told me "no" and I do quote. One of your tenants called my mother this past Saturday, April 23rd, 2022 and stated that was quite the contrary. My mom had nothing to do with that and neither did I or half the people that claimed that they were there when the incident happened, and in reality wasn't there. Why would you punish my mother for that.? Also, my husband was just walking over with dinner for my mom when he was accosted by the security guy who was ready to rumble and play tough guy just because he had never seen him before. Why would you blame my elderly mom for that? It was very hurtful and unfair. You could have just been honest.

Joyce and I are solo happy and at peace here! Grounds kept up, spacious and lots of storage. People living here are friendly, and the best laundry facilities. We were welcomed warmly and love living here! We want for nothing. Gr8 place to call home!
