Office staff is great Elizabeth, Nancy, & Melanie are always very helpful and friendly making sure everything is running smoothly in my apartment home. Always available to help in any way possible. The girls always have a positive attitude!

I was a tenant here last year. My recollection of these apartments was a great experience, the ladies that work in the office are really nice . Especially Elizabeth Diaz , she was so kind I know how hard customer service is and even when I cussed her out she was so calm hahaha I cussed at her because someones dog kept shhhng by my stairs I realize now that that wasnt her fault . People that live in the apartments need to be more courteous and respectful so that there wont be any issues like that . But anywho they always handled my complaints with care, I honestly like how cheap these apartments were lol I recently moved back to California because I got a great job offer but honestly paying this high rent out here isnt worth it . If I moved back to vegas I most def would move back into these apartments

UPDATE: Living here has become even worse. Ive contacted corporate who will do nothing about any of the problems weve been having, including issues in which they should have notified the police. We have reported this business to the BBB due to illegal activities being dismissed and our living space being considered uninhabitable due to improper and insufficient weather proofing. Ive lived here for over a year and its progressively gotten worse. There are kids running around everywhere completely unsupervised - throwing rocks and balls in the parking lot near cars and off of balconies. Ive seen more than one broken window and cars hit many times. If you call to make a noise complaint, they brush you off. I shouldnt be able to recognize the words of the music playing upstairs, thats simply ridiculous. They charge you an arm and leg, and nickel and dime like crazy. My bill at the end of the month is always $1600+ in rent PLUS whatever fees they feel like racking on, usually at least $130/month. Maintenance is nice but theyre very slow and will mark things as done when theyre not. Weve had to put in 3 separate requests to fix a leaky window that was fixed more than once. The gate is always broken. Ive seen many homeless people wander in through the open gates and no one seems to care. Also - and I know this isnt the complexs fault - but even the mailman sucks. I constantly get mail for other units, including important legal documents. We received multiple W-2s and other tax documents for other people in our mailbox this year. We werent prepared to move out yet after our first lease, but we made sure to get a shorter lease this time so we can get out of here soon. The complex itself is nice, but the people who live here dont bother to keep track of their kids and the office gets around to stuff very slowly. It was a really peaceful place when we moved in 2022, but its progressively gotten worse and worse. Lot of potential here but no one seems to care enough to bother. I feel bad for Elizabeth in the front office. Shes lovely and seems to be the only one around who will actually work to fix any problems.
