Arzano Apartments

Bug infestation in my appartment. We put in a request for service and they sent some guy who worked for another company. He didnt do anything. He said the spiders were " helping us out" . Maybe they just don't care.

This company SCAMS people out of application fees. I was very cautious after reading MULTIPLE REVIEWS about them doing this to others - eventually they did it to me!! I would not recommend this property or business to anyone.

I must say, our beginning was different!! But, Natalie, Loryn and Deedee are amazing!! They made us more than happy and went above and beyond for us!! We just mived in and everything has been wonderful!! The maintenance supervisor Carvin, is perfect!! All of our needs have and continue to be met!! We are more than happy woth our decision to .ake this our home and look forward to the next year with them!!

Lived at Arzano for two years and had a great experience. Management is professional and efficient. Work orders are done in a timely manner and the property is so well kept, clean and beautiful.

I have been here only 16 days and the pool has been closed 4 of the 16 days. I was told this morning that it would be open at 12 noon. I took my granddaughters down and it was still closed, but a maintenance worker said it would be opened at 2pm. I went down at 2:15pm and it was still closed. I went in the office, and they said it should be opened. Nobody knew or seemed to care. They said come back in an hour as the manager would be back from lunch. Again my granddaughters were disappointed and went home that way. I have mostly enjoyed living here so far, but am becoming disappointed in support staffs inability to empathize with the needs and wants of the people who actually live here. PLEASE remember how important the pool is to us and our children, especially in this heat. Thank you.
