BEWARE!!! This place will give you hopes of finding some solid ground and then take your money and run. I was incredibly desperate to find an immediate, stable living situation and I think they could smell the despair. I was told which unit I would be renting, when it would be available and when to move in. Not only did I receive verbal confirmation, but also in writing. They happily took my holding fee and application fee and filled me with empty promises. A few days later, the GM or AGM (Mary) tells me that the unit is no longer available and that she has nothing else for me until August (more than two month's past the expected move in date.) Poor management, poor business skills (when their mission statement boasts about trust and integrity.) Being in the service industry for the past 15 years, I would never make a promise to a guest that I was not able to fulfill.
