Sahara West Apartments

I recently had a fantastic experience living in this apartment complex. The management is responsive and friendly, maintenance requests are promptly addressed, and the amenities provided make it a comfortable and enjoyable living space. The location is convenient, with nearby shopping and dining options. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment complex for its excellent service and quality living environment.

Highly recommend. We moved here from CA two years ago and Lacey helped us out a lot and made us feel comfortable and was very transparent through the whole process. The maintenance fixes were always done within the hour I submitted the request, Eric and Lex were great to us. Payment process is also really convenient didnt use the amenities much but glad they were available. Thank you to everyone at the complex our experience was definitely one of the best.

Ive lived here for over 10 years and Ive got to say something Starting from the maintenance staff who are not only kind and polite and work very fast and efficiently, I just I feel they deserve recognition moving up to the office staff who is Also very kind and very polite anytime I encounter them. To use phrase, Ive heard my whole life : Above the call of duty , And that applies for every single employee Ivan encountered during my 12 years living here. Then what we have is the location, Ive lived on this side of town that is Sahara and Rainbow since 1991 and only when I was coming back from school at CSN one day around 12 years ago did I discover this complex even existed. The office staff was so welcoming and the energy was so good that this was literally the first complex I looked at and the first unit they showed me. I took immediately because it just felt right and Ive been here ever since. More about the location I call this complex a hidden gem because people really dont know its here, like I was saying, Ive been been here since 1991 on this side of town and I didnt even know this place existed. I always thought the entrance off Sahara was just a back entrance to the car dealership. so that combined with their beautiful amenities and pool and gym and outside area and just everything together gives this place six out of five stars and I mean that. Ive had only positive to say about this place from the day I moved in. If youre looking for a nice apartment that has a garage that is near Summerlin, but dont want to pay the high Summerlin price and also like the idea of it being basically like a hidden complex then this is definitely the place for you again Im just a resident. I dont work for these people in any way shape or form, and that is 100% the truth What prompted me to leave this review is I just had an experience with the maintenance man, afterwards I called the front office to give him some recognition because the last few experiences I had were very pleasant and they work very efficiently and quick and theyre just so respectful and even a pleasure to speak to. So Upon telling the front office that I felt they deserve recognition, I thought well lets go ahead and put some on the Internet since this place deserves it. -Chris Harlow

I wish they would give more stars because 5 isnt enough to explain how amazing these apartments are. From the moment you pull in all the way down to the staff, amenities, and location. I absolutely love living here it is my first apartment and its gonna be my last because they make you feel welcomed, they answer and respond to every and all questions or concerns, they do activities like just recently had Santa over for the holiday ! Are you kidding me where else does something like that !!! Special shout out Viry, Lacey, Laura, Jamie in office for helping me every step of my way/journey here I dont think without their help I wouldve made it this long. Lets not forget about the maintenance staff doing their best to keep everything/appliances operating and clean and just homey. Thank you guys so much !!! If youre in search of a place to be able to call home THIS IS IT !

We just moved in a couple days ago and I absolutely love this place. For the very start Lacey was amazing helping me find the right unit. I had a million questions and she answered all of them. The day we moved in she wasnt there but Yolanda was there to help and answer all questions. We did the walk through with her and she was fantastic. The home was so nice and clean and smelled wonderful. The only problem we had was after a long day of moving my husband went to shower and I was unpacking the kitchen water started leaking it stoped after a few minutes. I called first thing in the morning the next day and they were there within a hour. This place is so far great. We even applied without seeing the home or community and we are happy we did. Pool area is clean.
