Allegiance apartments

I would like to retort on my original comment. "It's a place to live....keep an eye out for the haters and snitches! They lurk here and there...." Looking as we speak. The rent has gone up to almost a thousand dollars. I have been bombarded with lease violation warning letters which from the beginning the first three accusations were totally untrue & no one asked my side of the situation nor was there any apology given in regards to those accusations. The activities coordinator and another tenant gave me a couch that was infested with bed bugs, I found that out the same night and the next morning went and purchased 3 bombs and a can of spray to eliminate the infestation, which had I waited for the management to address would have taken almost two weeks. I was ordered to bag up all my clothing and other items which was ridiculous because I had already taken care of the issue in totality, then admonished for doing so instead of reimbursing me for the treatments I was billed $35! This was because a couple items were left in a plastic drawer and the company fumigating rejected the treatment due to those insignificant items after taking almost two weeks to show up! I was also admonished for not telling mgmt. which is not true, I told the office the next day and I was told that we are NOT to treat our units ourselves? Wait, I pay almost a grand a month & now you tell me I cannot treat my own apartment for BED BUGS which was not my doing...the people who passed the furniture off on me had already acquired the infestation!? Had I waited until their pest control showed, not only my unit but probably the entire 2nd floor would have been violated by the bed bugs! Then I get a nasty gram for treating my own apartment!? Plus billed $35? I'm sorry but I have never had a roach or a bedbug in my living space ever so excuse me if I reacted too quickly and addressed the issue myself! Thanks for nothing..

Great safe place to live. But there is one nuisance problem here that is "supposed to being handled"
