For 1400+ a month youre better off saving your money and going elsewhere. Management here is not good and unprofessional. They went from old management to new management with really no difference. These people dont have good customer service either! The apartment is pretty from the look of it, but everything literally breaks, You will see an occasional roach, which they do offer pest control, I wouldnt say maintenance is great here either more like a joke. They also dont offer 24 hour emergency maintenance. Had a leak in my ceiling and had to have it exposed like that over the weekend until they were ready on a Monday which you also have to consistently remind them and ask them about stuff when its their job to take care of it. Not worth it!

I have 3 days and I am sorry for having taken an apartment in this place, they gave me an apartment with many things damaged and apart from that the manager has a super, super bad temper (I'm telling you humanely, don't rent in this place) look for better options and be careful read people's opinions first that was my mistake...

Jalisa and Marlene made moving into my first apartment a breeze! I am so glad I chose this location. The apartment is adorable, any issues I have the office is quick to resolve them and theyre just friendly. They made me feel welcomed and i felt no pressure during my application. They offered me a great price on my new apartment and gave me a fabulous move in special. I cant wait to renew my lease with Sequoia Meadows.
