I recently moved into Country Club at Valley View and could not be happier. Before coming here I visited several times to tour the community and look at the model. Everyone in the office was helpful and informative each time I came by. I completed the application process online and when move in day arrived, Janise, the manager, walked me through the lease to make sure I understood everything and then walked with me over to my new apartment to make sure everything was satisfactory. The unit is bright and sunny which is a big change from the last 55+ apartment I lived where you had to have a light on almost any time of the day. Shortly after I moved in, I had a couple of maintenance issues and they were handled the very next day. Any time I stop into the office or call, everyone is friendly and helpful. There are a number of activities offered and seems that there are always people in the clubhouse playing cards, watching TV, playing pool or just visiting. The only downside is the parking. It is not assigned so sometimes you have to park further away from your apartment than is preferred but you can't have everything. Before applying here I spent 3 months researching 55+ apartment communities, visiting them and reading reviews. Overall, I could not be happier living here. I highly recommend checking out Country CLub at Valley View if you are over the age of 55 and looking for a place to call home.
