I have had a terrible experience with McNair. I have several companies some which are personal businesses and some that are corporate structured. McNair put corporate tax information on my personal taxes. They then excluded one of my companies on my corporate taxes. The only way this was caught was for me to audit my own taxes that were completed by McNair. For bookkeeping, the latest error was for over $30k. They then uploaded some other companies PNL and balance sheet in my portal. I am not sure if and where my information would have been shared. Finally, they did offer a refund to my personal taxes but sent the money to my business account. At every level from owner to accounts payable there is negligence. All this happened within a two week time period. Many emails have been sent, but neither Keith Keller, my Accountant, nor Jason Griffith, the owner, has picked up the phone to apologize and rectify. I feel horrible writing reviews as I know people's livelihoods depend on a good reputation. However, this has been nothing short of a total disaster with McNair and not a single phone call from them to rectify. Please be warned this company is not thorough in their accounting practices and they are not engaged with their clients.
