Hiring Adjusted Balance has been the best business decision I have ever made. Prior to meeting Danie, we had been thru 3 different accounting firms and were so frustrated with the quality of knowledge and customer care that I was doing most of the work myself or having to double check everything. Once Danie took over, my life changed. She is so competent and detail oriented that over the last 10 years I have pretty much turned all of our accounting needs (both personal and at our law firm) over to her. We live in completely different states but she never misses anything. We have a very complicated portfolio and she is always on top of every aspect of it. The organized files that she hands off to the tax accountant every year save us a ton of money. We've even been thru an audit which was easy and painless due to her daily attention to detail. I cannot recommend this business highly enough.

2 words of advice. STAY AWAY. As a business owner I have worked with several bookkeeping companies over the last 10+ years and NONE have been as unprofessional as Danie and her "staff" (husband) at Adjusted Balance. I prefer working with companies that don't have so many issues with accountability and who understand what customer service actually means.
