I was just there the staff was very rude and racetist plz anyone never go this office she need to get rid the front dest people I will tell my doctor who told me to go to hers I just call to get some information from them the lady hung up on me ps I wonder do the doctor know her front desk is horrible they are waiting for a sue people plz never go to this office

Love Doctor Chaney. She explained everything in details. Staff is professional and friendly. My family have been coming to Dr. Chaney for many years. Convenient location and parking. You can get blood work done inside the office. Very simple and convenient

Doctor Chaney and her staff are the best! They truly care for their patients. I recommend many of my friends to Dr. Chaney and they are very happy. Good doctors are very hard to find in Las Vegas.

First off, the front desk is very racist, unprofessional and rude. Don't go here. Ever. Save your trouble. I was hung up on three times by the front desk. The "manager" Priscilla hung up on me as well. All because I was asking about an insurance card. The doctor was just as rude. Don't book here don't go here. They don't care about. I've already complained to my insurance company, the bbb and medical board.

So first they sent me an email to check in prior to appointment but they put in my wrong number - which Im sure they have the correct one as they were able to text me for the appointment, and when we arrived at a little past 30 minutes before the appt they told me I was 30 minutes late and said normally Id have to be rescheduled so I said thats fine but they said it was ok. Then before i filled up all those freaking questions, they asked my husband if I had an insurance card with my name on it and we said no, and they said it was ok. We would have been ok to cancel appt at that point if they said they needed that to be able to see me as that was our fault but then again they said it was OK. Then after I filled out all those freaking information, they took back what they initially said and told me that they cant see me because I dont have my card with me and they cant take digital, this is AFTER getting all my information, AFTER everything my husband told them PRIOR to filling up anything, that we did NOT bring my card. Why would they ask for all my information when in fact they already knew I didnt have the insurance card with my my name with me. So yeah you tell me! I will NEVER trust my health with people who treat other people this way! Not surprised at the rating they have. Kind of expected it when I googled to share my review of this facility. So yes, if you dont want to be treated rudely, AVOID this facility by all means. There are a LOT of clinics, who treat people better.
