        Maria is absolutely the best. She can provide a seamless experience when in need of some extra storage. They have controlled environment units for sensitive items. Look to speak with Maria when seeking more space.

        From the virtual assistant to the Rep at the property (Denise) Everyone was helpful, respectful, informative. I am a company owner and don't have a lot of time on my hands. We ran into a situation in which we needed a space quickly. They got us what we needed same day at a reasonable cost and super helpful with setting up the billing side of things. Great Job!!

        I was overcharged $30. Called customer service they said they would fix it but haven't done anything. Now I have to move out and find some other place before they overcharge me again. So much wasted time, money and effort. I wish I never used public storage.
