    I've been going here now for 9 years. Dr Chan and Dr Moore are simply amazing!! Being afraid of the dentist for so many years, they have put away all those fears!! They are very accommodating, patient, and attentive!! From the front desk who is Cheryl, who is also incredible and so friendly to their entire  staff, you will feel at home!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AND ONLY RECOMMENDED!! I can't thank them enough A++++++++

    I have been going to Dr. Moore for over 2 years now & couldn't be more pleased. The implant procedure is absolutely the finest you could ever imagine. The knowledge, expertise, attention to every little detail is "off the charts!" I am highly recommending Dr. Moore, the front office gal, Cheryl, & the entire staff for ALL of your dental needs. They just don't come any better. Thank you for ALL you've done for me!!!!

    Do not use this dentist office!! I started using this dental office because they offered sedation to their patients. Im extremely terrified of the dentist stemming from childhood. There had been no problems having minor dental issues repaired with dr Moore. So I trusted these people with my mouth. That was a huge mistake on my part!!! In April, I had full mouth extraction for dentures. My gums werent shaved in order to have dentures fit properlythe immediate dentures didnt even come close to fitting, didnt work at all. I have been in excruciating pain from bone Spurs and sores in my mouth!! Still have them to present date! So let the nightmare begin. I was without teeth for months, waiting, all the while trying to be patient. Five times later, still nothing that works in my mouth!! Dr. Chan even asked the lab technician to come to over to their office and fit me proper, which they refused!! So after months with no teeth, they sent me to another lab! Got a set of dentures that are beautiful but are not functional in order to eat!! Because my gums were not prepared properly for healing!! Now, they will not allow me to continue to get the work thats needed to be done at this lab bc I dont want to ever step foot in moores office again!! I still to this date can not eat, my face is sunken in, have no feeling in my nose!! I am sick and tired of being patient with them and having to pay more money to still be with teeth that do not work to eat with!! Didnt get anything I was promised, but an ongoing nightmare!!! After $11,000.00 dollars later, I still can not eat!!!

    Horrible customer service! I don't know how they've been in business so long. I never even made it in and the receptionist was already being rude. I called a week ago to make an emergency appointment. It was going to be my first time going in so they had to verify my insurance and were supposed to call me back to let me know my coverage. They me never called me back and they are closed on the weekends so I couldn't get ahold of anyone. I called before my appointment to cancel. They informed me they usually charge a $25 fee for no shows but they would wave it this time. Weird, I called before 930 to reschedule Not sure how that counts as a no show but okay. And I'm pretty sure she didn't charge me only because I was a first time patient and she didn't have my card info on file. I then rescheduled and asked again about my coverage since they never called back. She said they never found my insurance. I was so confused. They were going to let me show up at 930 am with no coverage! When asked about this the receptionist was very rude and said she wasn't going to argue with me when there wasn't any arguing going on. I simply wanted to know why they never called me to let me know they didn't find my insurance and why they were going to let me show up technically uninsured. That's not professional and not a way to run a business or treat your customers. And by that way I called and I do have insurance so they clearly didn't do their due diligence in trying to find me. And what really bothers me is that they were going to blind side me with this when I got there and was either going to pay for the services or the cancellation fee if I was there. Not okay!
