Point S Jerry Noble

Took my truck in to get power steering leak fixed. While it was there I told them to go ahead and change the plugs and oil change. After over 2 hours and $485 later I left assuming they fixed the hose that was leaking the power steering fluid only to realize they did not fix it and only did the plugs and oil change. What a major disappointment but I suppose it was my fault assuming they were a competent and trust worthy place of service. - UPDATE: Received call from manager who was very nice and has made it right for me. They will be installing the hose with no charge for labor. Much appreciated.

I have been taking my car here for a few months now and they are the nicest people to deal with ever. Plus I dont know who that mechanic is in the back with the long hair its usually tied up but my lawrd he is handsome. If youre reading this call me lol
