Made appt with specific person a week in advance then wasn't with him. He had a family emergency which I understand but I should have been called and asked if it was ok with someone else not show up and watch someone else get my keys and have to ask. I was there 3 hours and 20 mins for an oil change and coolant exchange. Per their recommendation. They didn't have enough oil for my oil change n didn't realize it until he was filling my car so I had to wait for more to get delivered. Then wait for it to heat up. Normally would take tops 20 mins. 45 mins later, concerned I ask if it should be idling this long. They don't want to rev it because my engine ticks. Always has they know this.Told them i would rev it this wasn't right.Samantha got a huge attitude and verbally aggressive about my questions and feelings. Half hour later she's bringing my car out said there still wasn't heat until she pulled it out of the garage. We'll duh it needed reved up. So it ran for over an hour without coolant properly circulating. Woke up to my car in a puddle of antifreeze. All over under the hood. No idea what's wrong. Drove to get antifreeze n it didn't overheat but not feeling real good about the service. Probably bigger problems now.

I was well taken care of here! Sam and her co-workers did a free brake inspection and let me know what it would cost to have my brakes fixed. But they inspected more than the brakes and told me about everything they found, plus they topped off my oil for free! I'll definitely be coming back in the future!

For some reason I have a tire or two that keeps losing air and have been prepared to buy new tires but they havent needed replaced. I am so impressed with how nice they are and explaining the issue is air pressure changes and not a tire problem. They didnt sell me something just because they could and always very friendly and helpful

I have to say, I haven't had a single issue here. The last time I went, I needed new tires because mine dry rotted, and they pro rated them for new tires to lower the cost. However, the computer said they had them in, but searching the warehouse, they didn't. So, for that issue, they lowered the cost more for even better tires. They really think about the customer, and I love a business that isn't going to screw the customer over.
