This order was a nightmare! Starting with the ordering process, to exhorbitant shipping charges tacked on AFTER I was already given a much lower quote by another store associate, the order shipped in, with every box and piece inside the box, broken! The manager blamed it on Fed X, but he refused to file a complaint or give me any shipping information so that I could file the claim myself; without their shipping number, I couldn't file directly with Fed X. Manager had told me prior that "all sales were final" as product was discontinued, but I wasn't expecting all the boxes, all the merchandise, to ship in, broken and chipped! THE STORE MANAGER, RANDY, REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE MIDWESTERN SALES MANAGER'S CONTACT INFORMATION. he REFUSED TO LEAVE THE INFORMATION FOR THIS MANAGER TO CALL ME. i ASKED FOR CORPORATE INFORMATION. i WAS BLOCKED FROM GETTING ANY CORPORATE INFORMATION. i THEN ASKED FOR THE CEO; i WAS BLOCKED FROM THE NAME AND CONTACT INFORMATION FOR THIS. i HAD TO PAY THE CONTRACTOR AN EXTRA $125.00 TO FIX THE CHIPS IN EACH PIECE OF VINYL FLOORING IN ORDER TO FINISH THE PROJECT. i CALLED LLFLOORING AT LEAST 4 TIMES; WAS TOLD SOMEONE WOULD BE FOLLOWING UP WITH ME; NO ONE DID. i CALLED THE STORE MANAGER A FEW TIMES; HE REFUSED TO HELP ME OTHER THAN REFER ME TO AN EMAIL ADDRESS. a MONTH LATER, i FINALLY GOT A RESPONSE. THEY JUST WANTED TO CONTINUE GIVING B.S. REASONS AS TO WHY THEY REFUSED TO WORK WITH ME, EVEN THOUGH THEY WAY OVERCHARGED ME ON THE SHIPPING FEE. THIS EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANYONE'S FLOORING NEEDS...THEY ARE THE SAME AFFILIATE WITH lumber LIQUIDATORS THAT WENT BANKRUPT THAT HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCES; MANY OF THE SAME EMPLOYEES ARE WORKING AT LL FLOORING, SO, SAME BASIC COMPANY ! BUYER BEWARE!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR A FIND A MERCHANT THAT WILL STAND BEHIND THEIR OWN DEFECTIVE PRODUCT!!!

This place has great flooring options. I've ordered vinyl plank flooring from them several times and they have been great to work with.
