        Poor property maintenance by this company resulted in costly damage to my vehicle in one of their neglected parking lots. They refuse to answer calls and emails and are forcing me to take legal action over what would have been a simple insurance claim on their end.

        I was looking for property and went to Tim at Baywood and even though the property did not work out for my needs he has been a huge help in answering any questions in helping me understand this process. He is truly a sincere person and I am really bummed that my property did not work out because I would have loved to work with him and his company
