        Spam calling/texting about a house i don't even own. Said house has already been renovated so wherever they are getting information from its outdated as heck.

        Its been my experience that Property Solutions Group LLC takes plenty of time and are not worried about dates on contracts. They follow up with you when it is convenient for them and disregard contract deadlines. We are still waiting to hear back on an offer that expired days ago. Guess they dont like cash offers with no contingencies.... Seems like they have some bad business practices. They need to improve on communications and hire agents that act in a professional and timely manor.
