Mona did a great job selling our historic house in Soulard. Because of her extensive experience in the neighborhood, and her knowledge of current market conditions, we followed her advice to price the house appropriately. The result was that we accepted an over-asking-price offer from the first buyer who walked through, even before the first Open House! Selling an old home can be complicated, and we had several "challenges" arise during the buyer's inspection process. Mona worked hand-in-hand with us to resolve each item in turn. Her extensive contact list of local contractors was VERY helpful and she was a fierce advocate for us when needed. Mona was there for us every step of the way, and we can't recommend her more highly.
