Antione and the team at Hybrid were fantastic. We had an extremely short timeline and they helped us find a wonderful home quickly. They are responsive, helpful (even after closing!), and truly acted as an advocate and advisor through the whole process. I told Antione we'd be customers for life, and I sincerely mean it - wouldn't go anywhere else.

Working with Antione has been an awesome professional real estate journey. He has been very patient and has made my experience as a first time property investor a breeze. He explained clearly what I needed to do to prepare the property for the next steps. The same service is received from the Property Management side, Ben does an awesome job; as well! Poor service ! The agents are hired by the property owners, in which they dont COMMUNICATE WELL WITH THEIR CLIENTS, not transparent at all with their potential clients. Mark Butler is RUDE and UNPROFESSIONALdont even bother to waste your time or MONEY with this agency. The agency needs to do more work along with their property owners who dont pay their property TAXES on their homes but yet trying to get people to lease their high rent rate properties. They are a third party agency who will continue to SCAM people out of their money especially collecting $50 on an application fee and NEVER choosing people to rent the property.just look at how long the properties sit on the market. Its 2022 everyone is in need of help but dont be fool by this company.take time when looking for a house, COMMUNICATION IS KEY best advice I got out of this process is dont rush fix your credit and purchase your OWN home
