I'm not happy with all of the "bait houses" they seem to allow on their search system.. it's a shame. Be very aware as you search.

This is an amazing company that has extremely knowledgeable agents for all of your real estate needs. They do residential, multi-family and commercial. They also have a title company called Title Premier in-house, so you can get everything done in one place. They are currently offering in person closing and curbside closings, so you can do whatever makes you feel comfortable. I have not had any issues reaching anyone. They have always gotten back to me right away. Everyone I talked to has been polite, kind, knowledgeable and attentive. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I was helped by the amazing Kelley Hoffman to help me purchase an investment property in St Louis. I happen to be a real estate agent in another state, and I can attest that Kelley goes above and beyond what is expected of any agent. This includes scouting prospective properties, explaining different neighborhoods, coordinating with agents and vendors, and negotiating for the best deal. She even drove me around when I came to visit as I didn't have a car! Where Kelley really shines though is in communication. She always gets back to you with your questions and will follow up to no end with other agents, escrow, or repair men! I originally had a different agent who helped me purchase my first property, but she was very hard to get in touch with. I'm so glad that I randomly did a Google search and found Kelley Hoffman of Realty Exchange (kind of like what you're doing). I recommend no other agent in the St Louis and surrounding areas to help you find your investment property. Thanks to her, we found and purchased a multiunit building and received almost $75,000 extra in repairs, credits and renovations. The building is fully rented and we are generating a great cashflow after expenses and the mortgage payment. Thanks Kelley, we hope to be ready for our next purchase soon!

We had to move this Spring, but buying and selling a home in this market without previous experience seemed very daunting. With Sara Blandino and her team at the helm, everything went without a hitch! We were able to buy a house in the exact area we wanted without overpaying and then sell our house in 4 days well over asking. Seemed like living in a dream! Sara and Samantha are some of the most responsive and knowledgeable professionals I've ever dealt with in any field. They literally guided us through every step of the process, always answering our questions at our convenience, and then negotiated for us until we got what we wanted. They are professionals with deep local knowledge who do not cut corners, and will research anything they need to find out. Could not be happier with living in our new home and being able to put the whole thing behind us with so little hassle.
