Dave brings professionalism and experance to the job. He has the correct contacts and procedure. His experance enables him to adapt to the market to get the best yield and gets it done quick. A realestate saleman can list the home and put the sign up. Dave takes the extra steps. The best part is how he limits the viewings and provides an elliment of anxiousness from the buyers by accepting bids. From the time we called Dave and till closing we only had 20 days. Thanks Dave, we will call you again when needed.

When my mother was ready to sell her home that my parents purchased 60 years ago, she insisted she would have no one but Dave Townsend.
