I did not have a good experience dealing with this agent and have lost money. He didnt disclose details about the owner dying and the contract ended up in probate court. He refused to take calls from my agent and said to email instead so that there was a record. House listing was misleading, inspection required work was never completed. Terrible experience. I wanted to rent the place while it was in probate because my apartment lease was ENDING. Keith suggested to my agent that I go stay with a friend. Good thing I didnt do that since it would have 6+ months! I never signed the mutual release so Keith relisting the is unethical in the real estate world.
