        One hour before the closing, they called the seller and told them that if they didn't have an additional $1000 available asap the closing wouldn't happen. When asked for an itemized list and what the extra was for, the y refused to provide one. They stated repeatedly that it was in an email sent the day before, but it was not. At no point in time during this process did they have the correct payoff amount for the title either. And when provided with this payoff amount, they refused to update their paper work. Avoid this title company at all costs.
