My wife (a CA licensed real estate broker) and I were searching for a downtown STL loft. We were drawn to the St. Louis Premier Lofts webpage because of the extensive building and neighborhood information offered there. A cold call to the business connected us with Evelyn Sharp-Heitert. We are so happy she picked up the phone! Evelyn is quite knowledgeable about the downtown area. She has lived downtown and knows the good (and bad) lofts to consider. Evelyn is organized and communicates well, even during off-hours. She stuck with us through many showings, multiple offers, and several counter-offers. Her recommendations were spot-on. A last-minute lender hiccup was not a problem in her book; she made a secondary lender recommendation who sped through the loan process. Need a handyman? A plumber? An electrician? A locksmith?
