        It has been a pleasure working with Deca to find a rental! I found a property online, scheduled a viewing and completed application the same day with no issues! Application process was fairly easy online. The reps in the office were very helpful and attentive to my needs, received prompt responses to any questions/ concerns I expressed. I also would like to give a special shout-out to Michelle Stallzer, she was very thorough and patient with me through the process.. I will be recommending Deca to my friends , and familly for sure!!!

        They are horrible, they're slow, they're cheap. They only want to patch things up instead of fixing it the right way. My refrigerator been out 3 weeks. They sent a smaller refrigerator and dropped it off on the porch. My walls need to be patched up. Because it's raining in the house like deca Or property is no better than anybody else. And the people that own it are horrible as well. So when I move, you know that I'm out of here. This is the most lazy management the owner is horrible. Hes in the smaller refrigerator and I dropped it off on the porch don't even put it in, I talk to the man last week.talking about they taking the old one when they bring newone

      Erica, We are so sorry for the inconvenience. A refrigerator that isn’t working is a major headache. We went back and reviewed our procedures to see if we could have made your inconvenience less troublesome. It appears you called on 10/24 about your refrigerator not working. We had an appliance company out the next day to fix it and they had to order a part. They came back to replace the part on 10/27. Unfortunately, the part didn’t fix the problem and we were told it needed to be replaced. Since we do not own your building, we asked the building owner to approve replacement. The owner approved and picked a certain refrigerator, which was not available until 11/7. When we were notified about the refrigerator being delivered to your porch, we immediately pulled one of our techs from another job to come install the new one. We also credited your ledger due to the inconvenience of being without a refrigerator.If you have any further concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us!
