Bianco Properties

The Concord Plaza property this company manages has businesses that are open 24 hours. I frequently go to a gym at 5am and the lights in the parking lots are off. It is extremely dangerous and unsafe. The gym said they contacted Bianco properties and the lights remained off for 3 continuous weeks in January 2024. Now the lights are off again for the 2nd straight week. There are much older members that work out at 5am, and they could trip in the parking lot because they can't see pot holes, not to mention the random person camping out on the sidewalk or a car getting broken into. No one is safe when properties are not managed well on an on-going basis.

This property management company is unresponsive to the lighting situation for the safety of the community at the Concord Plaza in St Louis. Despite being contacted they are refusing to take action or at least indifferent. The patrons are arriving at businesses in pitch dark parking lots that are notorious for thefts and assaults. It's a lawsuit waiting to happen... Especially when there is a paper trail of documentation to be used at the next incident.
