        Bad communication skills and not professional. They post properties online knowing the properties failed inspection which makes it difficult for prospective tenants to obtain an occupancy permit. They will also show you properties that have not been cleaned out and have dead bugs from previous tenants. Be careful!

      IRA Property Management does not show properties until they have passed all inspections. All properties are exterminated between tenants. our process to qualify tenants before showing the properties is to weed out applicants that do not qualify to rent before showing the properties. Once a property is rent ready and listed it is available until a deposit has been made . the properties are first come first serve and so sometimes a property that has an open application is taken however we do try our best to not take more than one open application at a time per property . I do apologize for the inconvenience please let me know how what we can do to improve our process thank you!!
