image Worst Best Western we had ever been to. They are absolutely careless about customer safety. Three separate families with small children became ill after swimming in the pool. Eyes burning, profusely coughing, and vomiting. All symptoms of poisoning from pool water. Staff were notified and did nothing. Left pool open for others to become ill. We were told management would call us. Never did. Staff ignored customers concerns about pool being cold for 3 days before they looked into it and then found pool heater was broken.
Rooms had broken hardware and poorly fixed bathtub holes.

image Tried to checkin early, but was told $50/hr each hour early, so I declined that. Went to check in at 3pm and was told my room wasn't ready, had to wait until 4pm to get into room.
They claimed to have heated pool, but the pool was not heated, the room for the pool was heated pretty warm, yet water chilly. Trade off I guess. But I did really like that the pool was sectioned by walls: 1.5ft walled solo kid playing area, attached to big pool 2-6 ft deep.
Room was very clean. Updated furniture and linen. Shower head had 3 options.
Local food surrounding hotel was convenient as well.
Staff was accommodating as needed.
Breakfast was good, with variety and menu posted by the week. Waffles, eggs, omelettes, cereal and 2 juices (oj and apple).
