I purchased 4 dryer balls and when I used them it stained my dryer and the stains will not come out. I contacted Schroeder & Tremayne and spoke to Lisa Medina. She said she would forward this to their development team for review and get back to me. She asked me if I would provide them with some information which I did. She asked my if I would send them back to them and I asked her if they would pay me the cost to send them back since it was their problem and I would not be able to return them and get my money back. After that I called her numerous times to get her answer and she would never give me the courtesy of returning my call. I don't know what her problem was as the cost to them would have been nominal. It's not like I was trying to get money from them, I just wanted to alert them to the problem so it would not happen to another customer.
