I was referred to this office by a friend, and now my whole family have become patients! The staff is welcoming, kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Gaffney does a wonderful job explaining procedures, and listening to and addressing patient questions and concerns.

UNETHICAL BUSINESS I paid $3,000 for orthodontic trays. I worked on an ambulance at the time, and it just wasnt working for me as I had no regular access to lavatories or scheduled meal breaks or time to brush my teeth before putting trays back in. Also the pain kept me awake when I should have been sleeping, and I wasnt able to speak clearly with the trays in which is essential with patients. If I had a normal job, I would have been fine. But spending 14-16 hours a day in a truck constantly on the move wasnt an ideal environment. I told Dr. Gaffney about my issues fairly early. I was using tray two or three at the time. He kindly offered to refund half if I wanted to quit or simply press pause and I can resume later if and when Im in a better position to wear them. I asked to take some time to consider my options. He said, Sure, no problem! All was good, and I was very happy there... until the day I called to select an option. I asked to resume the treatment but was told thats not possible because they have a different supplier now switched from ClearChannel to Invisalign. So then I said Id accept a refund of $1,500. That was denied also because its been too long. There was absolutely no time limit mentioned when the offer was made. Furthermore, the secretary on the telephone was gas lighting mentioning at least two dozen times that she has NEVER had a patient ask for this. I clarified that I havent asked for anything Dr. Gaffney offered, and Im merely accepting. She said shed have him call me. He never did.

Cannot thank Des Peres Dentistry enough for their wonderful care today! They listened, were patient, professional, and meticulous in their work. This was my first experience here and Im now a loyal patient. Thank you!
