Dr. Connelly is a great dentist (5 stars as professional), it's the lack of customer service/care I've experienced that warrants a single star.

Doctor Connelly's is a great Dentist. the amount of work he has done for me over the past 20 years is substantial. Never had a problem. He knows when to send you to some one else ( Oral Surgeon). Couldn't speak too highly of the practice.

I'm not normally one to write a review, but on my 2nd visit to this office I am completely disappointed and WILL not be back. First, I arrive 5-10 minutes before my appt. The ladies behind the desk never even look at me, I get a hello while they are nose-down reading the back of a pill bottle talking about their heartburn, complaining about another person they work with and chatting about their ailments. I am taken in for cleaning about 5 minutes after my appt time, no big deal. X-Rays, cleaning & ready for dentist at 8:30am -- but he isn't even there yet. I agree to wait, since he called that he was "detained" At 8:45 I left. I was apologized to, but nothing like, we'll talk to him to get you in for your exam or anything. Very disappointing.

Dr. Connelly is a great dentist! His offices are pleasant and clean, and everyone on his staff is courteous and friendly. I am so glad to have found a dental care provider that I trust and will continue to use.
