Dr. Scott A. Rubis, DDS

Horrible front desk staff. They have bad attitudes. Not willing to help unless you insist. Expected me to show up 30 minutes prior to appointment to fill out paperwork. As soon as I got there she asked for paperwork but hadn't even given it to me to fill out. Got attitude when I said she hasn't given it to me yet. She then said she didn't even think the dentist wanted to see me anymore even though my appointment wasn't for another 15 minutes. After all of the attitude I had to deal with she informs me that she doesn't even think they take my insurance. She only checked because I insisted she should. They then said they don't take my insurance even though it's listed on my insurances approved dentists. Waste of time. Dr. Rubis is a very friendly dentist but his staff ruins it for him. Also cleaning of the office/waiting room should happen more often especially since it's an ORAL doctor's office.

Highly recommend Dr Scott Rubis. Him and his staff made the visit pleasant (though, it's still a dentist visit, so I will not say enjoyable...). Seemed to be honest about what needed to be done.
