I can not say enough positive things about Web Design and Company and the team that works there. Dave, Brennan and Emily are truly wonderful to work with. I came to them last year looking to do a complete website overhaul and SEO program and the results were 1000% times better than expected. They were always in contact with me and left no detail behind. After one year of running the new site and SEO program we have seen a HUGE increase in our sales and leads! Went from about 1-2 quote requests a week to 15-20 per day! They also check in often to see how we can improve the site and SEO plan to make sure we are getting the most out of our site. Hiring a digital advertising, SEO, web development company is a very tough decision. It is a business market where companies can look great online, present well in a meeting and then take your money and outsource everything. I have had terrible experiences prior to engaging with Web Design and Company. I have now been with them for over 2 years and I feel incredibly lucky to have them on my team. Everything is completed 'in house', you can get a response on any question during a project almost immediately by email and if you ever want to have an in person meeting to discuss strategy the entire team (including the owner) will sit down with you and walk you through every step. My website traffic has increased, my business has grown, their agency has far exceeded my expectations. If I could give 10 stars I would.

As a small business owner seeking to redesign my website, I was excited to support a fellow local business. After reading positive reviews, I decided to reach out to Web Design and Company online for more information about their services. Maya, one of their representatives, inquired about my availability for a quick call to discuss my needs. I promptly informed her that I was available immediately or after 2:30 PM. Maya responded with a message stating that she would reach out to me around 3:45 or 4 PM. However, as the clock neared 4:45, I reluctantly gave up and left the office. It was later relayed to me by my assistant that Maya finally called at 5 PM, mentioning that she had been stuck in a meeting but would send an email with a proposal. Now, the next morning has arrived, and I have yet to receive any call or email. As someone who values punctuality and respects the commitments I make, I cannot express how deeply let down I am by their lack of consideration for my time. I had cleared my schedule and eagerly anticipated our meeting, only to be left waiting and feeling disrespected. This kind of behavior not only reflects poorly on their professionalism but also raises doubts about their ability to effectively handle web design projects. In good conscience, I cannot recommend the services of Web Design and Company to anyone. They have demonstrated a clear disregard for client satisfaction and respect for their clients' time. As a fellow small business owner, I firmly believe in supporting local businesses, but unfortunately, Web Design and Company fails to meet the standards one would expect. Spare yourself the frustration and seek out a web design company that truly values professionalism, reliability, and respects the time of their clients.
