Dr. Lay and his nurses are literally wonderful. I have never had an issue or a bad experience here. I can not recommend Dr. Justin Lay enough. He is so good with my daughter and he is very caring and professional. We love Children's Medical Group!

The doctors and nurses have always been so nice and helpful, even the front desk staff have been great. So I wouldnt give less than 3 stars, but whoever the ladies are that take the kids back first for temperature, weight, and head circumference, (Im not sure of their job title, maybe a CNA). Anyways, they are sooo rude with the worst attitude. And I feel there is absolutely no need for it. I cant speak for all of them, because some have been nice, but the one I dealt with today makes me almost not wanna bring my child back. Wish I would have gotten her name.

Always a disaster. Having to wait over an hour to be seen even when you made an appointment. Takes an act of congress to get medical records..... I really havent heard anyone saying anything good about them, they must have deleted all the bad reviews. We transferred our kids to another clinic and has had a wonderful experience.....we will never go back to childrens medical group

Dr. Russell and nurse Kayla are beyond amazing. Both my children love them. All staff are super friendly!
