        After ordering this service for my mom(in a rural area), and paying a quarterly fee in advance we were unable to receive a signal. We opted to send the equipment back. Only to be informed that a fee would be charged to receive a shipping label, and that we have been charged for 30 days of service for a service which was never received. No resolve to this matter.
