To whom it may concern... I think no one because my husband and I have been without a washing machine for 1 month and two weeks since it broke. A complaint was filed and I went to the office several times and sent an email, but no one was able to help me solve the problem. I would like to know when they plan to come to fix it since they are breaking a contract on their part. And I don't want them to come to apologize for the inconvenience since saying I'm sorry doesn't solve anything. I am tired of going to the office and leaving without answers, I am ashamed to have to beg for something that is essential in the apartment, since it is included in the rent!

Ive been here for 5 years with my fianc and have had nothing but problems. The communication from the leasing office is zero to none, last month I was charged a random fee I have never seen before, I called and emailed them multiple times about why I was charged for this fee on my rent bill and I was told by someone at the leasing office that it would get taken cared of and they would give me a credit for it.Nothing has happened, I got no feedback from anyone or a so called credit. All I wanted was an explanation about what the fee was for and it seems to me they just charge people whatever they please and not speak on it. I would never recommend this place to anyone, and with the recent events, its not even safe to live here anyway!

Ray the maintenance man here at woodland had to chase four birds that crawled through our vent system into the apartment. Thank you for your hard work and getting those non renters out of our duct work. Was a long process but Ray came through! Thank you!

I just moved in and worked with Adelisa in the office. I had a good time working with her and she had always answered my emails. Theres a lot of desks in there but usually theres only 1 person around in the office though. I have a very spacious apartment but old appliances.

We have been residents of Woodland Creek for about five years, and we have noticed a huge decline in the level of customer service. If you are not a potential new resident, good luck at getting in touch with any staff. Within the past year contacting the office has become an extremely difficult task. Despite assurances of a callback, we have never received a response. Furthermore, the wait times for maintenance requests have become very long.
Due to these issues, we made the decision not to renew our lease, ultimately moving out on April 30th. Although we received a move-out statement on May 12th, indicating a refund of our security deposit, it is now the end of June and we have yet to receive a refund.
Based on our experiences, we cannot recommend Woodland Creek as a place to stay.
