Do not stay here. Got my catalytic converter stolen right off the resident parking lot because they insist on keeping the lights off on some areas at night. This put my car out of service and requires 2-3k to fix. They took 0 responsibility and stickered my car for towing multiple times. They continue to keep the lights off at night on those same parking areas which makes it dangerous for residents and allows these types of thefts to continue. This is just one of the many issues and complaints with this place. Moved here 4 years ago and it's only gotten worse every year. Do not stay here.

I wouldnt recommend anyone to Woodbridge Apartments because maintenance dont really fix anything. Put a put a maintenance request on the portal maintenance never gets to it. Go to the leasing office and complain about neighbors leasing office really dont do anything. I cant wait to my lease is up I would recommend this place to anybody.

The first 30 days everything was fine but once my 30 days was up maintenance was and still is very slow they stop responding to my emails like that used to and the phone number thats online isnt even the leasing office I really regret moving in and its crazy because I asked Adelisa is it nice and everything and she told me yes but I guess that was a lie I only been here since march 10 and my apartment was still dirty and so much dust in the carpets and I was told the apartment was ready on the first but I didnt move in until the 10th so Im confused on how it was still dirty and needed repairs Im definitely breaking my lease early I do not recommend and I was told that it was UPDATED!!! Its clearly not

Quite possibly the worst apartment group for the area. Prices are insane, they charge $200 PER LEASE SIGNER on top of first month's rent and security deposit, and they do nothing about cockroaches. In fact, the property manager will actually threaten you with legal action if you report roaches in your apartment because that's an appropriate response. And the 3rd party pest extermination company they use doesn't actually do anything to remove pests.
Anyone reading this, you're better off finding somewhere else to live. These people could not care less about their tenants.

This place is the worst. I lived here for 6 months and had to break my lease early because my upstairs (felon) neighbor literally threatened my life and tried to jump my roommate (that is not an exaggeration). Management is not helpful at all - all they do is make excuses and try to extort as much money as possible. They promise a plethora of amenities but none of those are maintained in the slightest - the "pool" literally was closed for the entire summer of 2021 and opened for just 2 weeks at the end of August. Our apartment itself was also infested with roaches and the maintenance did nothing about it despite multiple email exchanges from us asking them to just come inspect the apartment. Overall a terrible place to live. Don't be fooled by the old positive reviews, we lived here in 2021 and I have trouble believing it's improved even marginally since then.
