    Excellent customer service! I recently was shopping at Ace in Provincetown and my purchase was about $40. When I got back to my car I realized I had forgotten to buy batteries. I went back in the store to get the batteries and now my total purchases for the day would be over $50, such that I would be eligible to use my ACE Rewards $10 coupon. I asked the customer service representative (I believe his name was Darian) if I could combine the purchases and use the coupon. Understanding this request likely would cause more work for him, I expected the answer to be no - but he said YES! He combined the transactions, so that I could use my coupon. I found this to be notable customer service as typically when I try to use coupons in general, cashiers will come up with every reason why they don't apply. Thank you Ace for hiring and developing great employees! (Just to note I think this was only possible because I literally had made the first purchase 5 minutes before the second, so if you have purchases a few days apart I don't think they can combine them for the coupon.)

    They have the worst service I've ever seen. They put on their website that they are UPS stores, but when I went there twice, they refused to accept the return of a package that Amazon asked me to deliver to UPS. Their employees are unprepared and confused, my experience there was terrible. Your employees need to be better prepared, they could have said from the beginning: "We are not a UPS store and we cannot accept your return", but first they accepted the package, then they went to call me in the car, to say that they could not accept it because they needed an invoice, when I returned with the invoice, your employee accepted the package again and when I asked for the receipt, he returned the package and said that he could not accept it because it was going to Japan, that is, it was really very bad service, no deserves a better rating.

Semba. I’m very sorry we couldn’t handle your Amazon return. We are a UPS approved shipper/drop off location and not a UPS store. We are an Ace Store. Amazon has an agreement that your “free” drop off returns go directly to a UPS store and they print a QR code that we can’t read. If you select a different option, that I believe costs you money to print a real shipping label, those packages can be dropped off with us. Amazon makes things very confusing. However it is very unfair to give us such a poor review for another Amazon’s business practices. We have nothing to do with that and you didn’t purchase the item locally at our store. Please reconsider your negative review. Thank you.
