        Ive talked to probably 30+ lawyers in my lifetime and never paid for a consultation. This firm couldnt even confirm that they deal with my kind of case before trying to charge me $500 for a consultation. There are tons of better lawyers near by, please look elsewhere!

        I contacted David Russcol about my employment case. He impressed me as a thoughtful, humble, compassionate, and knowledgeable lawyer. He talked with me for a while to get a better picture of my situation (at no cost). He was interested in my situation and offered me a fair deal. I made a mistake by not immediately signing the contract. Before advancing with the firm, I was waiting for a position statement. That offer was afterwards off the table. He is a reliable lawyer. I've dealt with somelawyers in the past (evils).

        I can't say enough good things about Rachel Stroup and the folks at Zalkind Duncan & Bernstein. Not only is Rachel an excellent lawyer, but she has a genuine caring for her clients and her work. The only regret I have is not getting involved with this firm earlier.

      Thank you for your feedback. We apologize if there was any lack of clarity about the areas in which we practice. We would never offer to do any legal work in an area in which we do not practice. When it appears that a potential client has a discrete legal question that we might be able to address by doing some factual and legal research and then providing an hour of legal consultation and advice, we offer a paid consultation. We find that this often benefits clients in allowing them to get the initial legal advice they are seeking more quickly and for less money than it would cost to hire us for ongoing representation.
