Mara Levy - Rainbow Spring Wellness

Mara has been incredibly helpful as I've navigated the aftermath of a brain tumor and brain surgery. I have let's call them "unique" problems with my vision that have taken me to 5 or 6 different eye doctors. Mara helped me experiment and document my experience in a way that helped me communicate with my doctors and recognize which one was actually giving me suggestions that resulted in improvements. Mara also helped me build up coping strategies to deal with life as it is now and form a plan to stretch myself over time so I could do more. Anyone would be lucky to be Mara's patient. She's the best!

Mara is very kind and supportive. they gave me a lot of space and permission to have whatever process i needed, which i appreciate a lot due to having a sensitive nervous system. i feel very comfortable recommending them for trauma care!

I had an awesome experience working with Mara. They are so caring, skilled, and knowledgable. Their trauma-informed approach really made me feel safe and welcome. I was able to process some trauma with Mara's support and somatic experiencing. Highly recommend!
