The absolutely worst! I had a sump pump go up, and it took them over a month to repair it. We had to use a wet vac to empty it out because of the smell of sitting water, and the little bugs hovering around the hole in the basement. I've had a kitchen ceiling with water dripping down, and the paint "bubbled", for almost a year now. The come out, slap a coat of paint on it, and after a few months, it's back again. Now I have a radiator in the upstairs bedroom that doesn't work. I put in an order on Feb. 6th, and they wanted pics of the radiator, etc. and that was it. I put in another order two weeks later, and I was told someone would call to arrange to look at it. A few days later, and I still hadn't heard anything, so I let mgt. know. A contractor finally showed up on the 21st. He said the pipe under the radiator isn't attached, so the floor would need to be pulled up to get to it, and he would call that evening to arrange a date for repairs. I still haven't heard anything, I even called and left a message at their office, and still nothing. The ceiling is leaking again, and the repair order is showing that it's "closed". I get charged an extra $15 a month for repair insurance, plus they just started charging for paying the rent online. They send emails so you pay rent on time, but leave you hanging on waiting for repairs. I just wanted to follow up.....It has now been 49 days since the first complaint due to the radiator, and still nothing. I tried calling the contractor several times, and he never called back. I've called Cornerstone twice. The first call went to voicemail, and I never got a response. The second call was answered, and I was told it would be taken care of. Three days later I received a text asking if I had heard anything and I told them I haven't. One day later I texted back to find out what's going on, and I was told that the contractor will call me, and I needed to let them know when I would be available and can they enter if I'm not home, and I said yes. I'm now waiting, again, for the contractor to call. I'm considering calling the county to see if they can come test for mold in the ceiling, since it's been dripping for a month now.

I had a pretty good experience with Cornerstone Montgomery. Their app to use to submit maintenance requests is very user-friendly. I did have an issue with my heat, which was an ongoing problem that I had to report multiple times, but it did eventually get resolved. I definitely had a better experience with this company than I have with other property management companies.
