Went into cricket having phone problems today and Nadia did an amazing job helping me out she was extremely patient I even left with a upgrade!!! Great service

Terrible service, the seller deceives you by saying that the phone he sells supports 256 when in reality it is 64, he does not ask you if you want activation, he only charges you for it and when you want them to solve his mistake they mock and rely on the fact that the standards of The company does not allow them to do anything for the client after being scammed and deceived BE CAREFUL THEY WILL DECEIVE YOU

I am very angry, I feel cheated. The information they gave when selling me was a lie: from memory I only had 64. They activated my phone without informing me. So they charged me $25, leaving me without internet that day since I had to backup my apps. When I complained they continued lying to me. I can return the phone but I lose $25 of activation plus another $25 of the new activation on another phone plus the case and glass of $50 that I don't get back either. And their response is to talk to customer service, who also does not respond. I feel cheated, they made a mistake or lied, why do I have to pay? They are some.... They don't know how to do their job, they laugh in your face, I can't do anything and their superior can't help you.... VERY BAD SERVICE
