Closet design by Barbie...she did an amazing job listening to me and designing the perfect master closet. I am even more excited with its design and functionality every time I need to put something away or take something out. It is perfect! After seeing Ruffino Custom Closets on the internet, I stopped by their showroom with a sketch and a photo from a magazine. Barbie in the showroom was super patient with me. Matt Ruffino was in his office and came out and offered suggestions. Every time I told him what I wanted, he said, We can do that. Their installer, Andrew, had it completely assembled in a day, going above and beyond to hide seams and polish it when it was finished. This review is completely unsolicited, but well-deserved. The person that answered the phone was rude. I called them since we are designing a master bedroom and closet remodel Before asking what were my needs she wanted to know if the walls were ready!I am evaluating multiple companies California Closets, Closets by design, etc They have all come to my house to see my needs first and then go to showroom They want to build before they know and see what my needs are. They called back for appointment, I thought was in my house. When no one showed up I called them five minutes past to see if they needed directions. They informed me that I should have been at showroom. I apologized said it would only take me 5 minutes to get there - they told me I would have to reschedule quite rudely again I will not reschedule and would not recommend this company
