The woman that "has been there for 24 years," as she kept repeating, should probably retire. We had official business with a court order and official documents with letterheads from the state. Despite the fact I called twice ahead of time to arrange the job, we were still given a hard time when we got there. The woman claimed we needed a handwritten note with an official letterhead from the state. How is a handwritten note more valid than an official document from the state? I had to waste valuable time convincing this lady that we were there on behalf of the state. She held our installer up over petty red tape nonsense which made him late for his next appointment. I'll inform my customers and the company that used this tow yard that they should consider a different tow company that's more cooperative with the local businesses in their community.

This place has the worst customer service!!! People who can actually have a sense of urgency is really needed because the woman at the window is absolutely to slow

I would never recommend this company to anybody. They have thieves that work for them. My car was towed there after having an accident. Went to get my personal items that was left in there only for my car to notice they had been all through the car and stole some of the stuff that was left in the car . And bc BRPD didnt write on the paper work that items was left in the car they arent responsible. Why should I have to worry about someone going in my car taking my belongings after being involved in an accident.
