        I had an amazing experience with the customer service young man I met at this store on the 9th of January 2024. He gave me all the information I needed and then told me to call the 611 no so I could get further assistance. I spoke with Ellysa on the phone when I called 611, and it was one of the best conversations I've had with customer service on phone ever. She and the young man I met at the store (I forgot his name, but he looks asian) gave me the best service, the best answer, and the solution to what I needed. They both deserve a 5star, I tell you. My family has 5 numbers with cricket, and I am glad to be a cricket mobile family.

        Basically AT&T but cheaper; I still get great service for the fraction of the price. I had to wait for about 15 minutes before they serviced us but it pretty much was a fast port-in.
