Affordable Dentures & Implants

All of the staff are caring, understanding and friendly. The ladies in the reception area are the best you could meet. I have just been fitted with my second partial (I broke the first one eating what I shouldn't). I would highly recommend this business.

Ive received 2 emails telling me that I needed to make an appointment to have the soft liners put in my dentures. So I finally got a day off work, drove 2 1/2 hours ONE WAY, get there, wait 30 minutes for my appointment. Only to have her tell me that my gums arent healed enough to do the soft liners. And to try again in 2 months! I asked her why THE DOCTOR TOLD ME TO MAKE THE APPOINTMENT, she said its just a generic automated email! It cost me over $400 to take this day off work and drive there for NOTHING!! Absolutely ridiculous!! Wasted my hard earned money and got nothing but frustration!

I recently received dental work from affordable dentures & implants and 100% regret it. The level of unprofessionalism that takes place there is at its own. Mainly by the receptionist and front desk staff. I've Over heard patients being mocked and made fun of right behind their back. I had one receptionist call back to back 4-5 times while I was in class then text me about moving my appointment up. Then top it off whenever I was having adjustment issues severe pain and problems I called in regards to.gettinf pain meds refilled like the doctsaid he would no issues. Well the receptionist lied and led me on all the doc was in surgery and then he tried to send in refill and it was denied. I confirmed at pharmacy thar nothing has been attempted to be sent. After comforting her she just shrugged it off and said he has never seen thr doctor refill the pain mwds and wouldn't have .
