Although it was a devastating time for us, Seth and his team at the Grandview Park location were incredibly supportive and went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. They were flexible and accommodating making sure our loved ones service was just what we wanted.

The staff was very comforting, helpful, understanding, and very easy to work with. During these difficult times families tend to voice different opinions but your staff was very patient and professional. I feel I made a good choice in choosing this funeral home. I cant say enough wonderful things about this company. Everyone was professional and so helpful through our tragedy that was so unexpected. I would recommend them to everyone!

The funeral home was wonderful. My mom chose them to help with the unexpected funeral for my father. My mom never once worried about arrangements and what was happening at the funeral home. They collected the addresses of people who visited the wake and funeral and printed out address labels for my mom to use which was a true blessing in a time of need. This is just one example of the amazing work they did for us.

I was completely satisfied with the compassionate and professional service that Iles Grandview Park Funeral Home provided me during the most difficult time in my lifemaking arrangements to bury the love of my life, my wife Diane. Amy, our pre-arrangement counselor, did a fantastic job in explaining all the details and costs of the entire funeral service, and made sure my family and I were kept as comfortable as possible during all the grief and sorrow we were experiencing. She kept in close contact with me, before, during, and after the funeral, always trying to help me in any way possible to get through this extremely difficult time. The entire staff at the funeral home provided comforting support and assistance in a time when I really needed them. I was very grateful to have had Iles handle my funeral arrangements.
