Redpoint has been home for the past two years and will be going into the third! They are always helpful, responsive, and take care of the property well. They're pet friendly which is a huge bonus, as well as do a great job at creating a 'community' feeling.

The redpoint staff has always been so helpful with all of my needs and it’s an amazing place to live. The management always seems to be on top of it no matter what kind of question I have - you can’t really ask for a better staff

Redpoint’s staff is amazing! They are always helpful when I have questions or need help. The housing is nice and private. Highly recommend!

Very spacious apartments and individual bathrooms! The staff is very helpful when questions come up and great distance from Purdue.

I would give zero starts if I could. I should have read the reviews before moving in here. I lived in Red Point / Copper beech Klondike for 12 months and the experience was not pleasant at all. First when I moved in the room was extremely dirty. The maintenance crew usually enters your apartment without knocking on the door, which is extremely unprofessional. On September 2019 my building stayed more than 1 week without internet connection and whenever I asked about it the answer was to contact the provider, but they have the contract not the residents..
On my move out I was charged more than $600 for damages and cleaning of my room. After showing them the photos of my move in inspection I could reduce it to $200 which is still not fair on my view. I have seen people being charged more than $1200 so I definitely recommend you taking pictures of every single detail of the room/ house otherwise they will come up with unrealistic charges. I suggest looking for other place to live, there is cheaper and better options in WL.
