The staff was friendly, no issues there. Please try natural things; other reviews state that this place uses medications. That said, my dog had a reaction to the medication they prescribed. My dog will still be scratching, but he is alive!! Also, understand it's a business. They have a process to remove your dog to create anxiety and hit you will the bill, so be careful. (used car sales feel)

Very nice people, and I believe they have the best intentions, however the medicines they gave me made my dog extremely sick within 24 hours. In addition, the soap they recommended made my dog's symptoms worse. The best advice they gave was "change your dog's food" which everyone knows, and I already tried. I should mention that although I knew this going in, they are VERY expensive. That's on me, though, since I was forewarned about the cost.

This is by far the best veterinary hospital I have been to (and I work in the veterinary field)d. I have brought two allergy dogs there and I am treated with nothing but compassion and care from every employee, receptionist, technician, and vet. My pets LOVE everyone there. My anxious dog normally shakes and hides during exams was running up and asking to be pet the whole time with the technicians and Dr. Thompson . I look forward to my pets visits because I laugh and enjoy every moment and am so thankful for the comfort they have brought my pets.
